Jason Hoang

Jason Hoang joined the Law Offices of Elvis Tran in 2021 and practices in business litigation, employment and personal injury matters in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. 

In law school, Jason graduated with an emphasis in general corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital transactions, public and private securities offerings, and corporate governance matters.

Jason has native-level fluency in Vietnamese and is intimately familiar with Vietnamese culture and business practices. His background proves particularly advantageous in navigating the unique needs and challenges that Vietnamese clients and counsels face.
